What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
For all in stock and non-special order products. There will be no additional delivery charges from the Online Shop. The only time there will be additional delivery charges. Would be depending on: Your destination address, if you selected lift gate service, and non stocking special order items. 1. If your destination address is a residential/church/school. The freight truck companies charge $75.00 special delivery fee. Even though you might be running your business from home. You are required to pay the $75.00 Residential fee. 2. If you selected to have the lift gate delivery service. There will be an additional $75.00 lift gate fee. We highly recommend you select Lift Gate Delivery upon checking out. A lift gate is a powered loading ramp mounted on the back of the delivery trucks. The lift gate can safely lift/lower heavy products. From the freight trucks 5ft. high decks to the ground. Keep in mind most our the products we sell are extremely heavy and require special handling. If you do not have a loading dock or a forklift on site! There will no way to get the equipment to the ground. It is your responsibility get the equipment to the ground. NOT the delivery drivers. Keep in mind that freight trucks decks are 5 feet off the ground. The lift gate delivery is the best choice you could make. There will be no way to add this service upon delivery! 3. All special order items may be subject to additional shipping fees. We will always notify you before we complete the order.

How long will delivery take?
After placing your order. We work very hard to have your products shipped out in 1-3 business days. Depending on availability and the freight companies pick-up schedule. Once the item(s) have shipped out. You will receive email with a tracking number for your order. If you would like a approximate estimated delivery date before placing your order. Just give us a call. We would be glad speak with you about your order.
How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?
All orders placed on this site. Are run through secure servers and payment processing companies. This site is monitored and receives constant security updates. Giving our customers peace of mind.
What exactly happens after ordering?
After placing your order. 1. After placing your order. We will email you back that we have received it. 2. After that your order processing. We are prepping the equipment for pick-up. And scheduling with the freight carriers for your order. 3. If there is any questions we have with or about your order. We will try calling you first. If there is no answer we will leave a message. Plus we will send a email notifying you to get in touch with us. 4. After the equipment is picked up by the freight carriers. We will send you another email. Giving you the carrier name and tracking numbers for your items. 5. Please keep these emails and your invoice for your records. They will be required by the manufacturer. Before any warranty and service work can be performed.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes you will receive a invoice for your order. You will receive multiple emails about your order after its placed. One showing we received it, another once it's shipped out with the tracking info on it. Communication is key to giving you peace of mind. During your purchase with us.
