The infinite switch allows you to control the holding temperature of each individual tray, keeping food at the perfect serving temperature for a long period. For optimum protection, all switches have mechanical guards for extra safety and reliability. To provide you with extra space for changing food pans, this steam table has a poly cutting board with stainless steel support shelf and brackets. For excellent stability on any floor surface, this electric steam table has adjustable legs to easily modify its height to suit your needs.
