The Atosa CSTEB-5 5 Well Electric Steam Table ensures that your piping hot culinary creations are held at safe temperatures on your serving line. This powerful holding unit has (5) wells with fiberglass insulation on all sides, preventing cold spots and providing consistent, even warming. Each 8-inch well has an indicator light that shows power on and element heating, and an infinite control knob which allows you to properly control the temperature of each tray.

For easy loading and unloading of food pans, each well has a die-stamped opening with raised lip. Made from 18-gauge stainless steel, this electric steam table provides outstanding durability and product life while its poly cutting board provides ample space for plating, chopping vegetables, or changing pans. To modify its height according to your preference, this steam table is built with (4) adjustable feet for excellent stability. Although intended for dry use, this premium quality unit can be used wet when paired with a compatible spillage pan.
