This Spiral Mixer from BakeMax has been specially designed for heavy dough such as that used in pizzas and bagels with the stainless steel spiral agitator and bowl specifically designed to Baking Industry Sanitation Standards. The durable, rotating bowl has a 84 qt / 110 lb capacity and is removable for ease of operation and cleaning.
