This unit has a powerful, custom-built, one-horsepower motor and high-torque transmission, and can mix the products at three fixed speeds. Made with a cast iron body, the unit includes a 30-quart stainless steel mixing bowl, spiral dough hook, stainless steel wire whip and flat beater. It also has front-mounted digital controls with a 60-minute timer to assure mixing consistency, and is dishwasher safe.
