The Atosa CookRite ATFS-40 is a heavy duty fryer. It runs on Natural or LP Propane gas. It has 3 independent burners with manual control. The fryer comes with two large baskets and a crumb screen. The Atosa 40lbs. deep fryer works great if you have limited space. The ATFS-40 is only 16in wide!
