The Everest Refrigeration EPPR3-D4 is a Drawered Pizza Prep Table with a Side Mounted Condensing Unit. The worktop on this refrigerator is constructed of 16 gauge stainless steel, while the interior and sides are also made of stainless steel. The rear and bottom are constructed of galvanized steel. The Blizzard R290 condensing unit is replaceable, doesn’t require on-site brazing and features reverse fan motors which support condenser coil cleaning. The EPPR3-D4 utilizes environmentally friendly refrigerant R290.

The defrost cycle is both time-initiated and temperature terminated, and uses a defrost heater. This product’s evaporator coils are corrosion resistant. The condensate drain is self-maintaining, and will not require any external drains. In addition, the drain is energy efficient, it won’t need any electric heaters either. Pressure relief devices allow for easy access to the interior after opening the door. The factory preset temperature is 35°F. Temperatures can range from 33°F to 54°F.

The door gasket is snap-in and magnetic. The high strength door handles are recessed. There are four 5″ swivel casters, with locks on the front set. The self-closing adjustable torsion system offers a positive seal. Meanwhile, the cabinet and door are insulated with high-density polyurethane. The included NEMA 5-15P is pre-wired and ready to plug.
