The stainless steel cabinet construction provides a solid and efficient barrier that prevents heat transference to the inside of the equipment, thus reducing compressor effort and ensuring fresh product. The stainless steel hinged covers are detachable and adjustable to keep your toppings, sauces and other ingredients safe and cool during off peak hours which also lowers energy consumption as well as compressor effort. Finally, we’ve provided one swing door for easy access.
