We know mobility is important and your TORREY Refrigerated Prep Table features four casters, two of which are locking. These built in casters will allow you to easily clean the surfaces surrounding your equipment or move it around your kitchen to adapt to your needs. The stainless steel cabinet construction provides a solid and efficient barrier that prevents heat transference to the inside of the equipment, thus reducing compressor effort and ensuring fresh product. The stainless steel hinged covers are detachable and adjustable to keep your toppings, sauces and other ingredients safe and cool during off peak hours which also lowers energy consumption as well as compressor effort. Finally, we’ve provided one swing door for easy access. Inside you’ll find our refrigerated prep tables include six clear poly-carbonate insert pans placed perfectly on a refrigerated area to ensure your products stay fresh and cool all while providing a hygienic, easy to clean container to store your ingredients while prepping.
